2 important ideals for a teacher

A very important and respected person once told me that as a teacher you have 2 things you have to strive to uphold towards my students:

First, convey my knowledge to themequally and treat them fairly and secondly, Keep the promises you make to them no matter how small they are.

I hope to keep these ideals.
